Nicolas Montes 

   Nick Montes received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. Nick attended law school at the University of San Diego, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2001.

   During his time in law school, Nick served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert May at the San Diego Superior Court.  He also served in this same capacity to Justice Richard Huffman at the California Court of Appeal.

   After completing his J.D., Nick joined the Law Offices of Scott O’Mara in 2001.  Since then, he has practiced law in a variety of areas, including personal injury, class action and Workers’ Compensation.
