Julia M. Dommel 

   Julie Dommel received her B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1972.  After 16 years during which she worked in various positions in education and business, Julie attended law school at Western State University, in San Diego where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.  She received her Juris Doctor degree in 1991, graduating magna cum laude.  She also served as a judicial extern with the California Fourth District Court of Appeal. Julie has been with the Law Offices of O’Mara & Hampton since 1996.
